Mike Deese

Mike is the Executive Pastor and a worship leader at Cornerstone Fellowship in Forest City, NC. He began singing and playing guitar, piano, and banjo at around 15 years old. He enjoys Christian music of all genres, including Worship, Contemporary Christian, Country Gospel, Southern Gospel, and Bluegrass Gospel.  He was writing songs not long after learning to play the guitar, but it wasn't until this past year that his songwriting became such a large part of his music.
Mike has been busy recording with his son Josh, who he has also been co-writing with. They are hoping to have their first CD produced by fall of 2025. In the meantime, they are releasing singles on all major streaming sites.
Mike has a passion for singing and leading people in worship and would love to come to your church for an evening of gospel music and worship. He plays a mix of southern gospel and country gospel, with a few original songs mixed in which can be heard on the player below. Whether it’s 4 songs or an hour and a half of music, 25 or 250 people, give him a shout and he will do what he can to make it happen. To help offset the cost of equipment and travel, love offerings are accepted with no minimum.
